About Pho Sho

Pho Sho -- Real food, real fast. We're your neighborhood noodle bar β€” Rich broths, fresh herbs, lean protein cuts, and bowls you build your way. Big flavor that still leaves you feeling good. Pho Sho delivers a one-of-a-kind experience. Bright, fresh, and bursting with aromatic herbs, spices, veggies and tender meats simmering in bone broth...need we say pho? Our menu comes from chef Cesar Zapata, the kitchen behind Phuc Yea. Same obsession with flavor, none of the fuss β€” Michelin attention in every bowl, minus the white tablecloth and the wait. Come hungry. Come often. That's the whole idea. Vietnamese-inspired. Miami-born. Built for everyday.

I told them I wasn’t feeling well and I asked to send a nice note, thank you for your kind words! Besides that the Pho soup is delicious, I’m happy with my choice. Very tasteful. I ordered from Uber Eats. Arrived fast.

Hidden gem inside the Citadel. Poh Sho has quickly become one of my go-to spots for fantastic fresh food. My absolute favorite is the rice noodle bowl with the New Orleans–style seasoning, it’s packed with bold flavor and perfectly balanced. The vegetables are always incredibly fresh and crisp. I find myself coming back for that noodle bowl again and again.

I see there are some bad reviews but I can say that I am very satisfied! I’m a huge fan of pho and super picky about it. I got the beef pho and it tasted amazing! It was hot enough and the beef was sooooo tender πŸ˜‹πŸ«  I will say that the meatballs can be better. That’s my only complaint.

My first time out here in Miami trying out this food after a long week working the activation at Red Dot Miami since Thursday this was the best food to eat after a long night. Makes your body cleanse itself. Plus anywhere I am in the world always going to take the opportunity to eat Asian food. I woul

The people working this station in the citadel were very nice, no complaints on them at all. However, we ordered the beef pho and it just wasn’t it at all. The beef and meatballs were so cheap and so so fatty 😭 not even in the way that I know it’s bad for me and I love it, but in the way I had to take a ginger candy to let the ick pass. The fat globs were inedible. The noodles were good, the broth was a little desabriΓ³, and the herbs were fresh. Total for one beef pho was 19ish before tip. I can’t speak on the rest of the food, but we probably won’t go there again.
